We are aware and looking into the issue which caused players to have their rank reset further than intended. If your rank was not reset at all this month, this is a visual bug and closing and re-opening the game should fix it.

A survivor and killer perk idea utilizing the new status effects

Hex: Focus

Your hex dazes survivors, requiring them to focus. When working on generators, cleansing totems, or healing, survivors suffer from an action speed penalty of 10/15/20% and have a 20% reduced skill check chance, and are oblivious while interacting with generators, totems, or healing.

"The entity tries to distract us from it's beast."


Ignorance

You don't care how close the killer is, working solely on your objective. You are affected by the Oblivious status effect for the duration of the trial. You gain a 5/7.5/10% bonus to cleansing, healing, recovering, vaulting, and opening the gates.

    Applying Oblivious to actions is one thing that could be overpowered, adding a 20% speed debuff is [BAD WORD] insane for a Killer perk. But a Survivor perk giving you Oblivious for a slight buff, that's a decent idea.


    Oblivious isn't something to take lightly. If you make it a perk, then what would happen if a Nurse uses it? Nurse already is a damned good Killer, with Survivors Oblivious she becomes a god. A Killer perk that gives Oblivious would need to be very limited in some way.


    Say, "When ever a Survivor preforms a loud action that pings the Killer (fast vault, failed skill check, finishing a gen) then that Survivor gets Oblivious for X seconds". That could work. You could also fluff it lore wise to the Survivors making themselves deaf from the loud noises needing a moment to recover.
