Some players have been facing an issue that causes partial loss of progress. We found one cause of the issue and are planning a fix for the mid-chapter update. In the meantime you can use this workaround: restart the game client after using the Custom game feature. Thank you.

[FIXED]I can only play without disconnecting with a VPN

joeyroujoeyrou Member Posts: 9

Any time i try to play a match without a VPN the match instantly ends or ends within a minute or two FOR NO REASON. resulting in all or NONE of the players disconnecting.

But if I use a VPN the game runs with ZERO ended matches perfectly... why is this?

EDIT I fixed this issue by setting my NAT to open, and changing my IP settings... I followed this video's tutorial

VPN creates a encrypted connection from your PC to their servers so that your Internet Service Provider can't see the data you send and receive.

So my only guess would be that they might use some sort of throttling for torrenting and other traffic that they don't like and cuts out the connection after X amount of data has been sent or received.

Did this happen during the dedicated server test on the live build from 3.2.2 hotfix October 2nd to yesterday 11:00PM EST or when you possibly participated in a public test using dedicated servers?

this happened yesterday when they turned the servers back off. I turned off fire walls, and device firewalls and its still happening
