We are aware of an issue where the Trapper's Ornate Mask is not appearing in your items - there is no need to contact Support for this matter, we will hopefully have a resolution to this shortly.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Withering Blight event is postponed until the release of the mid-chapter 3.3.0. We're working on getting the update ready as soon as possible and will keep you posted.

I have been patient I have been respectful with all the support of the game yesterday when I receive a ban I send a ticket and they don't answer it I send another one today and they don't give me a reason

Now I know that the bans are not discussed in the forums but even sending a ticket to the support do something the only thing that matters to them is to make money and then banning and permanent banning of a person was first a softban first to enlighten people so that in the end they take away all the love effort and passion that a FAN have towards the game there are many people who disconnect who hack and are not banned but those who are more faithful those who have invested time and money do not care now the only thing I want to be told why the banning but they do not answer the only thing I can do is put this post so that people see that the developers of this great game are mediocre that if they give us 0 tolerance with any problem that if you lose exclusive skins blood points rarely return that if but if there are bugs that harm the game that if we have to endure the only thing that interests these developers is MONEY and in the end they say nothing it's pay to win but lately even the smallest thing costs money

STRANGE THE TIME IN WHICH THE INTENTION OF THE GAME WAS FUNNY TO THE FANS NOW EVERYTHING MADE IT COMMERCIAL WHICH LOOKS LIKE IF I INVEST $ 200 AND SHOP EVERYTHING? THE GAME DOESN'T HAVE SENSE

Thank you for having banned me for no reason, oh and I hope you keep taking money from the few real fans left

I was already kind and nobody helped me so I had to buy the game again but I want to tell you that they are mediocre developers
