Survivor Perk: Blinding Sprint

When running, hold Run and Crouch at the same time to activate this perk

You now run at 110%, however you cannot vault, you vision is obscured (darkness on the outside of your view) and you ability to rotate is hindered

When you let go of running/crouching bottom, you receive an exhaustion effect based on how long you used this perk

This perk inflicts 10/8/7 seconds of exhaustion for each second it was used

This perk can only be active for 6 seconds at maximum

Cannot be used when exhausted

You do not recover from exhaustion when running.

Pretty unique, I like the idea! Not sure how balanced it is, but that shouldn't be too hard to tweak if need be.

Idk, you'll move slower than most killers for 6 seconds and get exhausted for 42 seconds, whereas with most exhaustion perks you move at 150% speed (much faster than standard killer speed) for half the time and get exhausted for 40 seconds.

4m/s*1.1*6 = 26.4m distance with this perk over 6 seconds (ignoring the fact that the killer is probably still faster than you)

    4m/s*1.5*3 + 4m/s*3 = 30m distance with most exhaustion perks.

The only good thing about this perk is that it can be used whenever you want, but that doesn't matter when the effect is weak.

Maybe change it to 115% movement speed instead..? Small change, but would fix the issue of being slower than killers.
