Weird glitches and broken Full Screen

Hello, so recently I upgraded my rig and my monitor, since that I cannot get in DbD in full screen and my textures are completely glitched, can somebody assist me on solving these issues.

    I'll assume you've tried verifying game cache + reinstall?

    I even went as far to reinstall whole Windows and try to role to earlier version on Windows

    Have you made sure you've properly installed the required drivers for your GFX card + system?

    I went on AMD's site where I got Adrenalin 18.4.1 and X370 chipset drivers from Gigabyte's site

    And installation went without any errors.

    Alt+Enter is the windows shortcut for fullscreen toggle. Give that a whirl.

    As for the funky texture look, that is pretty crazy! Not sure what to think there.

    Just a quick question : Are those normal on Ryzen + Radeon based systems cause it works fine on my brothers Intel + NVIDIA system and my friends also Intel + NVIDIA system

    It sounds more like it's a hardware issue, yeah. Maybe something with how the engine interacts with your hardware.
