Rank 1 survivors know about this and I get stunned all the time, and there is no counter (other than coming out from behind a wall, and you lose distance and it gives them the chance to go to a pallet). It's annoying that the only thing wraith has (a skeak attack) has flashlights and sprint burst to counter it. He's already a basic M1 killer, he doesn´t need too many counters.
What MOST people don't seem to know is that you can stun a nurse, but I'm sure most red ranks know about wraith.
Freddy loses his map presence after last gen is popped so adrenaline is double as useful against him but I don't play freddy so I can't tell much about it
I'm against removing lightburn. It is super rare to actually get stunned this way from my experience anyway. But I like that there are these sort of interactions that take extra knowledge and skill to take advantage of. More often than not it leads to a free hit when survivors try it anyway. Removing it would be a nerf to wraith imho.
On PC a lot of people play nurse, I have one or two every night. I've also tried to stun her and it worked, but it's not easy since you have to wait for her to charge a long blink to give time for the burn.
Honestly, a cool idea for Spirit is if she's phasing in ur TR, you can use your flashlight and get to see her. But that would also cause you to be revealed to her while in phase walking.
Hard disagree. Like, to be fair, this would have been way more urgent back before Freddy was reworked where Adrenaline waking someone up meant Freddy could do nothing against them. So it's not nearly as crippling for him for this to still exist and is not nearly as bad as the others. But there is absolutely nothing about being asleep that make it even remotely risky to remove Adrenaline's interaction with it. If Adrenaline not working against sleep was enough to make Freddy "oppressive," that would just mean that Freddy is fundamentally OP, which is not the case as far as I am aware (apart from the Forever Freddy build which was nerfed when they nerfed the slowdown add-ons).
I play against red rank survivors all the time who either don’t try it or try it and fail. Slipping behind a tree or box real quick avoids it, or sometimes they start it too late and it’s a free hit.
The last match I played as wraith had 2 flashlights and they tried to do this to me. The trick is to stop uncloaking immediately as it lets you move quickly and avoid the flashlight to prevent it. They waste their flashlight and stand nearly still allowing you to then uncloak safely and get a free hit.
Whats the point? Are you having difficulty dealing with it or are you just complaining about nothing...seems like nothing to me because I guarantee you dont have a single clip of flashlights being trouble for wraith. Infact ove been playing since launch and i personally have never been uncloaked by a flashlight
If someone tries to Lightburn you just move around. They'll either waste their flashlight or stop trying.
Also, half the time you Uncloak you should be out of LOS anyway so you can make better use of the Ambush aspect of your power. Survivors don't hear the bell ring until the Uncloak is about half over.
Unless you try to pull off a body block against someone with a Flashlight, Lightburn shouldn't be an issue.
I personally would like to see it stay in the Game for lore reasons, and see Wraith given slight buffs in other ways.
I'm at rank 1, pretty aggressive (if thats the right word) survivor who's has the game for like 9 months (350 hours?) or so and I chase alot and love flashlights (so satisfying getting saves) but I've never actually flashlight burnt a wraith. How does it work, do you need to blame them or is it just flashlighting their body? Is there any techniques to it?
That anti-burn addon got deleted during his rework for some reason. If they add it back the non decloak burn could be a "feature" if they wanna be lazy about it.

You guess where she is
Or an even cooler mechanic would reveal her somewhat when you shine it where you think she is
Hahahahaha no because then there is no counter to his ability wraith is easily one of the most fun killers
Someone’s salty

Adrenaline waking up seems fine to me. Freddy would be too oppressive if not even a gigantic burst of adrenaline could free you from his world.
Nobody really plays the nurse anymore so they have no real way to try that.

Needs his Boneclapper at base more than anything.

Imagine talking from your rank 20 experience. Big yikes; I'm assuming you're posting as a common user not as a developer.

And yes, this is against red rank players
Nurse 100% doesn't have flashlight burn....wraith is the only killer who can "go invisible" so hes rhe only one who can experience it

Agreed. It should go.
Please don’t talk about things you don’t know, you can absolutely burn the Nurse during her charge animation.
There's a difference between 100% cannot be, and 100% haven't experienced it yet.

When the Wraith is cloaked, just use your flashlight on him (anywhere on his body i think). It takes 3-4 seconds and he gets stunned.
When he cloak just keep the light on him. He will uncloaked and stunned as well.
normally he would be uncloaked, but right now, it is bugged.
Hmm interesting, thanks :)
