The pip system needs reworking

I’m tired of playing against a team that aren’t very good and all die within minutes because they all stayed around the hook so I was able to slug them all then I still depip because the match didn’t last long enough, I shouldn’t depip when 2 survivors disconnect before I can even hook them, I shouldn’t depip if I kill all survivors with a mori or tombstone it should at least be a pip up and if I sacrifice 2 survivors and the other two escape I shouldn’t depip I should break even meaning I don’t pip up or down.
