GOT BANNED FOR A LAGGING LOBBY

Got temporary banned for a lagging lobby... i got a disconnect (didnt disconnect on my own!!!) and then i got banned for 5 minutes... i mean its not that long but it should get fixed..

i got a 24hour ban for getting dced from match which i didnt do game had crashed then later on i get rank update error msg after i served my 24 hour and get a 48 hour ban and then get an email saying they cant do anything and il have to serve my ban lol what a ######### joke so nope im done im uninstalling this game and requesting a refund then play summit more fun and enjoyable,
Please do. If you're getting a 48hr ban it means you've ruined dozens of people's games. The game is better off without you.

It doesn't matter if you got it on purpose. To get a 24h ban you must've disconnected from a ton of games, the penalties start at 5 min. If you're having connection issues, fix them before playing a competitive online game where other peoples rank/time is involved.
there u go again assuming i do not have internet issues to get to a 24 hour ban i never dced once which i already SAID I didnt get on purpose its was over time i got it after a few games dced or rank update errors. Again u jump and do not even ask.
I have a friend with the same problem, he has a 30 minutes now, and god knows how much is going to be next time. If the game can't differenciate a disconnect from a crash, the penalties should be disabled. If you are not supposed to quit a game, get rid of the leave match button, or better, give us the option to return to the match. I hope they remove the penalty system until its fixed. if I hadn’t spent money on that game I’d stop playing.
I got a permaban because EAC doesn't like my ######### LED drivers. Be happy that's all that happened.
I know it's frustrating, but calm it down folks. Don't snipe at each other please.
What types of crash are you folks experiencing? Straight disconnect? A freeze? A crash with an error message.
And yeah, EAC doesn't like RGB software. I had the same issue on my desktop (It was the ASUS RGB software). I just reinstalled windows and didn't install their control suite. Problem solved. I hate RGB anyways.
