Medkit + Anti-hemorrhagic Syringe + Styptic Agent (Infinite instant heal)

Played a game today where a person was running a brown medkit with anti-hemorrhaic syringe and styptic agent as the add-ons. This gives infinite heal. As soon as I wounded them they healed over and over until I quit and reported them. They knew exactly what they were doing and thought it was funny.
Hoping this bug can be fixed ASAP and the people who abuse it banned? Thanks.

Description of the issue: Medkit with anti-hemorrhaic syringe and styptic agent gives infinite instant heal
Steps to reproduce (if possible): As above, use the medkit with the two addons as a Survivor
How often does this occur: Every time
(Screenshot attached of the particular game showing the items and both me and other survivors discussing in chat what happened)
