Peanits said its 3 weeks this time after ptb release, so he meant March 10.

The DLC is coming out March 10th, or so. I am not sure if they have officially confirmed it tho
I mean, for all we know it could be march 9th which is when the new tome comes out I believe? Puppers says he doesn't know the date and at this point, it'll come out whenever it comes out. Even if they have a planned date, they could delay it for whatever reason and that's probably why they don't release a date. They don't want to give a date and then delay it which would make everybody mad.
Treat Fog Whisperers like the Whispers perk in game.

Whispers: Right here somewhere on this three story map. I'll even make noises.

Fog whisper doesn't give them access to exclusive insider knowledge we don't have, so they know just as much as we do.

They do and they don't. As I understand it, the devs do tell things to the Fog Whisperers that they don't announce anywhere else, at least not until later on, but there's generally nothing stopping them from sharing that information on their streams.
The only time they usually do get told information early is when they're invited HQ, but even HybridPanda said when that happens they sign a legal document that prevents them from talking about it. So they aren't really free to talk about that information without facing legal consequences.
If deathslinger drops on March 10th I say we all abandon puppers.
Well, either they get information that we don't through their Discord server, or they're flat-out lying to us, because I've seen Paulie Esther announce things on his stream, based on things he's been told by the devs, that haven't been announced on social media or the forums yet, in the same way as Puppers did in this case.
People can say what they want, but unless he can provide a screenshot from said dev I'm gonna treat it as bs.
So Puppers was wrong. They confirmed Match 10th in the Stream today.
Guess he was just making up bs like I said. The devs confirmed it'll be dropping on the 10th.
