Stretched Arms on Hillbilly

Description of the issue: The Arms are stretched
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Play Hillbilly, walk 10 Meters away, wear the blue Top, that come with the last Rift.
How often does this occur: everytime

I get this bug quite often as well. Was not aware it was related to the skin but you may be right on that one.
I play on PC as well
I've seen it yesterday with the red one too. Maybe its the outfit or its just hillbilly :D
