I would say the black knight or Rabbit from Monty Pythons Holy Grail. That Rabbit was horrifying.

He has no terror radius and is 110% speed. His power is to charge up for an instant down lunge, like Oni's Demon Strike.
Scattered around the map are Sword Stands, which you can interact with to grab a sword. It acts as an item, but doesn't make you drop the item you are carrying. (i.e. dropping it with R/using up its charges gives you your flashlight back)
