Stretched Resolution/Brightness configuration bannable?

These two things give to some survivors/killers a good advantage.

Do you know guys if these kind of "tactics" are bannable?

I dunno about these, but I have been seeing various youtubers/streamers who for some reason see a massive red stain as survivor, like making them easily go through most walls and killing the mind games i keep seeing killers attempt.

I personally don't get red stains like that and it seems like a huge advantage.

You mean adjusting these on your monitor?

I don’t think they could ban for brightness settings or stretched resolution since you’re changing these settings in your PC or monitor, not the game. How would they detect it?

No, adjusting brightness or using a stretched resolution is not bannable. Some people in the community actually have to use filters such as the Windows 10 colorblind filters to even be able to see scratch marks. As for stretched resolutions, I have to scale my monitor's resolution to 1920x1080 from a native 2560x1080 ultrawide or else I have portions of my screens cut off and I won't be able to see the entire game.

I don't think they would make using the options they themselves put into the options menu would ever lead to a ban. That goes for practically any game development team.

Yes and no, you can be banned for no reason in this game(Believe in me i already got banned for "Aim bot") so i don't recomend you changing ANYTHING in game settings but brightness, color and etc are fine because they don't mess with the game data
