    Entitled survivor mains? Yeah, let me read the changes again, because it looks like they've made these changes after hearing entitled killer mains whine like babies about how unfair it is because I don't know...they're not good killers.

    Nope. Different layout is fine like we see on Autohaven maps for example. But size isnt really thrilling me, it's just imbalancing the game. I don't need to see the chase coming in for 20 seconds, before the music starts.

    when they nerf SwF's then talk about nerfing killers. Bring back OG Nurse, OG mori and OG NoED and u could have every survivor nerf back.

    The changes are going to be bad for survivors. All the survivors have are windows, loops and pallets to keep the killer in a chase in order for others to do gens. If you are a good killer you dont need these to be taken away in order to get kills. Its just going to be groundhogs day for survivors. Doesnt matter how good you are, youll get downed by the killer in a short chase.

    Its always the same with these people. Survivors always need to “git gud”, and I agree that a lot of these loops were too powerful and required no skill.

    However at no point do these killers ever need to git gud. Its always a problem with the game if they lose. Thats why they’ll veto any decision that tries to nerf camping or tunneling or NOED. They just want to sit around a hook as Wraith or Ghostface, camp, tunnel one to death, camp/tunnel another and then pick off the last 2 survivors with NOED.

    The fact that the devs actually give them veto power is ridiculous. I’ve never seen a game flushed down the toilet like this.

    I 100% agree with you. I think if the game is too unbalanced survivors will just stop playing the game quite honestly and then theyll have to rework things again

    Yes, survivors abusing a god loop totally makes them skilful and amazing survivors.

    Wasted all the pallets in a map? no worries! just go to the broken structure that you can loop the killer around three times at least before the window gets blocked, meanwhile your team blasts out the generators. Oh, the killer left you there because they're smart enough to know that it's a waste of time? get to doing a gen since you're untouchable!

    No longer will this be a reality and survivors will learn to actually be smarter with pallets and other vaulting locations without relying on the poor map design.

    Whining about these changes, which are factually overall better for the health of the game, does make you entitled.

    The same thing happened with the exhaustion nerf, self care nerf, borrowed time nerf and decisive strike nerf. Survivors complained but look where we are now. Killers got their Ruin taken away and had little say in it, even though most people disagreed, it still went through.

    You either accept it or kick and scream, it doesn't matter.

    The killer community has dwindled to near extinction. Survivors ques rise above 15-20 minutes.

    Steamers-devs-fogwhispers-and longtime players all produce recorded stats proving killers loose 80% of matches

    Average game time to escape has fallen below 6minutes

    The game is built on survivor mistakes and as the population ages they make significantly less driving killer experience to stressful enough levels that they've almost all quit.


    Imagine seeing... two map changes and thinking no survivor is ever going to escape again ???

    regarding bloodlust.

    The consequences of having bloodlust when it's not necessary are not as severe as the consequences of not having bloodlust when it IS necessary.

    In other words we should air on the side of having it until we are 100% sure we don't need it.

    Thus it makes sense to go through all of the maps first and THEN look into removing/nerfing/whatevering bloodlust. Rather than removing bloodlust first or even at the same time as the map reworks.

    1 survivor = 80 seconds / 1.00 = 80 seconds

    2 survivor = 80 seconds / 1.80 = 44.44 secs

    3 survivor = 80 seconds / 2.40 = 33.33 secs

    4 survivor = 80 seconds / 2.80 = 28.57 secs


    The proposed repair speed penalty is 15%. This will be tested in tomorrow’s PTB:

    1 survivor = 80 seconds / 1.00 = 80 seconds

    2 survivor = 80 seconds / 1.70 = 47.05 secs

    3 survivor = 80 seconds / 2.10 = 38.09 secs

    4 survivor = 80 seconds / 2.20 = 36.36 secs


    How often realistic is this change going to affect you ? You three stack every gen do you ? At best you will have 2.5 extra seconds each if you pair up 4 times...


    At base game survivors only need 105 seconds of objective each to escape. It's really not that hard to waste that much of the killers time


    Yeah they nerfed loops that made survivors literally untouchable for entire matches that's not a buff or a nerf it's a required change and they only did it on two maps...

    Im a rank 1 survivor by my own merits. Not a boosted potato like some people in the game. I am already good. You are the ones who are needing this nerfs because you killers can't git gud. So nice try potato killer. Git gud so you wont need these changes

    I personally disagree and like the changes they are bringing,respect anyone's opinion regardless tho and everyone should have a right to their own thinking.

    I didn't say we can't remove bloodlust. Just that we need to make SURE that the original problem it was acting as a bandaid for is fixed first.

    If the map changes turn out to be a huge success and the all the loops become fair and balanced (the screenshots we've seen so far look great) then I wouldn't be surprised if bloodlust is removed/nerfed.

    If however those changes are for whatever reason insufficient, then having bloodlust removed anyways would be terrible.

    Ideally everything would be perfect and it would be time to finally remove the bandaid. But it makes sense to make the map changes first to verify that it is actually time, instead of trying to predict it in advance.

    Bloodlust being removed in 3.8 wouldn't be that surprising to me.

    LMAO are you seriously trying to boast about getting rank 1 as survivor? Do you realise how easy it is to get rank 1 as survivor? any pleb can get rank 1 that's why you see so many boosted survivors at that rank 1, the devs literally had to make it easier to rank up for survivors like 3 times because they complained. You also don't understand sarcasm when you see it.

    I actually play more survivor,the only killers i play of as of now are slinger and oni :F i play at rank 1 and the games can be awful in soloQ,know from experience. What I'm hoping is that they are gonna buff soloQ in some way in the future to compensate with these survivor nerfs while not buffing swf. Swf is just purely broken if everyone runs 2nd chance perks,and just play as efficient as possible.

    I am not a killer main dude and I have made it to rank 1 twice, eventhough I do not play killer that much. How hard is it really to be a good killer?

    I agree although I dont think it will be balanced enough. People think about it but when we play its gonna be a different story.

    Yes, just like killers that use Ebony Mori and NOED are amazing. Each side got things that are out of whack. However, I don't see survivors complain about trivial things like killers do. It's one thing to complain about a perk, but complain because you are not good enough or willing to adjust and develop better skill to make an environment to your advantage? Just face that you're a bad killer that's too lazy to make adjustments for you to be better. I don't loop, I'm terrible at it, but I do other things to manipulate a situation to my advantage. That's call skill, maybe you killers should take the time to actually develop some.
