I like the design, just think that Kate already has enough hotpants/bellyfree outfits already.
I love the kimono though and wowy hair is great :) And just to downplay my first sentence: I would vote to replace one of her hotpants outfits with yours :)
This would be amazing! The only two things I would change would be:
1)The Shorts
a) I'd either give her corduroys because she has a lot of jean shorts and jeans in general. The judges are looking for something different. It would be really nice to have a different color pant, a different fabric, or get to explore the skirt section for her again and maybe get something longer or that's light and flows.
b) I would add an accessory for her. Maybe she has a denim button shirt tied around her waist, or maybe she could have a tambourine strapped around her hip?
2) I would switch her hair to either her signature Strawberry Blonde or make it brown before straight up blonde. I feel like it would be nice to have her original hair color in a different style, and then I just like using brown hair, lol. I'd still totally use the blonde because it would be really pretty :D
In the end this is a great concept overall and I would be happy to have a flower crown for Kate. Who knows maybe they hold back because there is a character in the works who already wears one :p
