Killer is too weak

After Hex:ruin get nerf, I found this game become unbalance from playing R1 survivor and killer, a gen done in 80 sec, each good survivor at least can loop for 40 sec, finding a hook and hanging for 15 sec, finding a new survivor for 20 sec if lucky. The first hook take you 75 sec, already two gens done, is toolbox and prove myself get 3 gens, DBD is D

    Just pressure gens.

There are no pressure on good survivor, you will know when you play high rank match

Then you are not playing a strong killer or don't have the right build on. The fact you can have some of the best killers in the game running around with 98% win ratios (at rank 1) means something.

they still got a gen in 40 sec

Killer is not weak. At this point a majority of the cast can go toe to toe with SWF and dominate Solo survivors. I think the only killers at this point that are weak are killers like Clown and Leatherface. Even Legion and Wraith can dominate with the correct strategy and perks.

Yup, some of the best killers in the game refuse to play her because she is too easy for them.

    Nice bait

I mean she can't always down survivors in 20 seconds guaranteed, but in general she can end chases pretty fast, that's true. One of the killers that are already viable for sure.

It's really not that bad. Especially with the upcoming changes to maps and gens. Killers are in a good spot now generally speaking.

You need to try and improve at chases, and at applying map pressure. I know some people believe map pressure is a myth, but it isn't.

The important thing to understand is that the faster you complete your objective of hooking survivors, the slower the survivors get to complete their objective.

Yeah killers are so weak that they all have high kill rates. LOL

    So what I'm hearing is

"I'm bad at this game, please make it easy for me"

This upcoming patch should make killers more viable.

I'm going to give you some advice that generally works for me.

    1. Make sure there's at least one survivor on a hook for a good chunk of the match. If one survivor is hooked and one is going for the save, there are only 2 people on gens.
    2. After hooking the survivor, immediately leave the area and inspect the gens (you can hear a running gen from a semi-far distance, so you can save time by not going right up to it if you think there's no one there), or if you're feeling a little dirty, proxy camping also works.
    3. If you outright see an unhook, always go for the rescuer, because at high ranks there's a good chance they might be using Borrowed Time.
    4. Regarding looping, are you familiar with "mind-gaming"? It's when you try predicting a survivor's movements (so for example, if they throw down a pallet and you think they're about to vault it, go to the other side of the pallet, and if you're lucky, they'll end up jumping right into you and you can get a hit on them. Doesn't always work, but it feels amazing when it does).
    5. And one of the most important things to know, know when to break a chase. If you feel you're wasting too much time on that one survivor, look for somebody else.
    6. EDIT: Also, something that helps tremendously that I see almost no killer ever doing... If you're carrying a survivor to a hook and there's another survivor body blocking or sabotaging the hook, PUT THEM DOWN AND HIT THE OTHER SURVIVOR.

Hopefully this helps, and I wish you luck.

Outstanding move to play with 3 Perks the entire game. (make that 2 after Corrupt Intervention stops working)

You should probably replace Ruin with Enduring or NOED

When the game balance forces u to gitgud so hard.

...So I git a little gudder

Seriously I got beaten and swf bullied alot 2-3 months ago. But now I keep my head cool. Totally ignore chaser (who tries to get ur attention) and go for other 3.

Tonight had 2/4 matches vs swf and able to 2K each match. Which is the game design so I dont complain.

Not telling these games were easy, I had to try hard at the start because I cant tell how many Survivor are great or try hard. Which may result in all escape if u go easy and 3-4 are great or try hard (example with the Tough game, I didnt know they were swf until 2 Headon slamed on me at once)
