Those are ideas we want to try out: Improving the base power, modifiying the dream world vision, preventing actions while transitionning in the dream world (generator repair, totem breaking, healing), missed Self Care skill checks do not wake the survivor up anymore.

    We have a lot of ideas for low usage perks! For example, we were considering Calm Spirit being able to prevent you from screaming from the Doc's Madness. Fire Up would receive a base effect (like you already are at token 1) which would help ramp up the perk. Those are just ideas, we didn't test it yet.

    Dedicated servers is something we are considering but it is not even on the timeline yet. Transferring the whole infrastructure from Peer to Peer to Dedicated Servers is a huge investment that require a lot of money, time and resources.

    the shorter killers(hag, nightmare, pig) currently experience LoS issues and it seems like the planned pallet loop changes will make those issues worse, the changes also seem like a bit of a nerf to the Huntress.

    so my question is, any plans to give the affected killers some tweaks to compensate for the new loops?

    Yes, if some killers are more affected by some changes, we will gather feedback and look into tweaks. We are still testing the LOS blockers and we think that shorter killers might even have an advantage with these new loops. More testing ahead!

    Are there any plans on increasing the availability of perks? I mean this from both a Bloodweb and a Shrine viewpoint.

    On Bloodwebs, players are finding a lot of perks that they don't have any use for, and consequently some need to go far beyond level 50 in order to find a perk they really want. You could always put more perks per Bloodweb. Or maybe you could create a menu option to stop specific teachables from appearing for specific characters.

    The Shrine moves too slowly for a lot of people to get the perks they want. More perks per week are always welcome, of course. Also, perhaps the perk choice algorithm could give a higher chance to specific perks. For example, perks that haven't appeared for a long time (or ever), widely-used perks, or DLC perks.

    There is no change per say to the way the player will get perks but there are ongoing changes to the BP generation and grind reduction which means players will get perks faster.

    Tinkerer is planned to be changed drastically. Predator isn't on the list.
    We aren't so sure what you mean with completely reworking perks as every rework is different and depends on the concept behind the perk and where we want to go with it.

    The next June update is including the pallet vacuum fixes. You concluded that the vacuum was unfair and this was being removed, but you also mentioned “reworking” bloodlust.

    Is bloodlust being removed completely from the game?

    What we are currently testing is to lower the time to get BL levels (12 seconds instead of 15 seconds) but lowering the speed increase. Each BL level now gives +0.2 speed buff for a total of +0.6 at BL3 which is the equivalent of what BL2 is right now. We are testing these Bloodlust changes right now!
