The tiny cancer is a cutted hand, but because in the Otheworld the chemistry's lab door are jammed they needed to replace it with something else...Kinda sad that they didn't add that hand in the map :(
Good job putting this together. It's really nice to see how clearly passionate the devs are of Silent Hill. I've never played Silent Hill myself but seeing such respect like this is great.

You should play it someday. The Silent Hill 1 was by far the most creepiest game of franchise, while SH2 has very beatiful story 😍

Good findings. I feel the new map is the hidden juwel of this chapter-- astethic, lore and sound-wise.
I'll probably get Silent Hill 1 soon since I found out I could get it on my Ps3 much cheaper than what people are selling it for online.

The map itself has the same lore like in SH1. Basically classmates bullying other kids, teachers that accept it, Alessa's trauma that maked the school a nightmare 😈
This is the best licenced map in the game. Much better looking than that crappy Badmap Palletschool.
So... Devs took Midwich school from SH1, Pyramidhead from SH2 and Heather from SH3, am I correct?

Seeing streamers play the map, I instantly recognised many areas from the original, but seeing the exact locations from the PS1 version to the DbD map, it's such an amazing attention to detail. This DLC really is the perfect love letter to SH Fans everywhere.
They also placed every room in the map to the same place like in the original, a lot details was puted into this map <3
