So this is my tierlist, unfortunately due to the nerf Billy went from being ss tier to A tier for me, that's the most noticable change.
Pyramid head might be a lot of fun, but his map pressure is close to non-existent.
Bubba was removed from the D tier and was placed top of C tier. I believe that bubba might be a viable killer!

Seems fairly accurate. I'd move Pig to low A tier, Demo and Legion to high B tier and if we're judging off with good builds, Wraith low B tier. If not, high C tier.
Clown is b at least.

I put him there because he heavily lacks map pressure. Nothing more.
Plague is my pet peeve killer. She makes the game feel so annoying to me that if she ever became more popular, I don't know what I'd do (I'd prob pray that there are enough killers by then to keep her not frequent)
I think that both legion and demo have better map pressure overall than pig. Generally speaking I love pig but she's a bit underpowered and heavily influenced by rng. Legion wastes more time (in some situations) with his mend than pig with her traps. Demo has map pressure and good chases, so I think he deserves A tier.
Wraith, I have mixed feelings. He needs some heavy buffs even tho his map pressure is good, but he heavily relies on add-ons to be good. I don't know, maybe you're right.
Well I'm just good at clown so I guess I can't really decide for others, but I understand what your getting, however the nice thing for clown is that you can create a lot of fun builds for him that are quite effective
Myers and Ghostface above Hag and Billy? No.
Legion and Pig above Plague? No.
Hag should be s tier. Myers and ghost b tier.
Why is my Pyramid head and Legion at B, is this some kind of personal attack or something.
I will have you know, I 4K almost every match with them without much effort (Rank 1) :D
Don't uncloak on top of survivors with Wraith and you'll have a better time with him.
He's for ambushes and breaking off then cutting off routes in chases.
