Did you guys try repairing Anti-Cheat?
Steam library rightclick -> Manage -> brows local files -> open easy anit-cheat folder -> run anti-cheat as admin -> repair
Just tested and it is still happening. Found out that it only happens when I pip, played a match where I didn't pip and that game gave me bloodpoints. Took another screenshot at the game that I piped and didn't get bps, strangely enough the level system is working normally, lol.
Mine started after the update, feelsbad for you man. Hope the devs fix it soon cause I ain't waiting 3 weeks.
same problem here. i repaired anti cheat and it didn't fix it. as a result, i don't get any xp or bloodpoints.
I'm having the same issue, and I just bought 2 DLC packs... can't level anyone up
@predictcs I have the same problem posted on another post. I think BVHR messed up on update. We need to wait now for 3 weeks for them to fix this problem as it is little game breaking to lose add-on, offering, blood web or rank in any capacity.
I got the same problem, since last patch, in every singel game.
I had rank update error since Ghostface came out and now this :/

i had 10 disconnected from the host problem today...after a long time waiting in a lobby , you get disconnected , this disconnection from the host was a long gone problem , but now it's back , and after i finally found a match i got this error 111 ! every single match i get this error , can't even get bloodpoints or xp anymore...this game is not fun anymore
New to the game and I feel robbed. I was even planning to buy the premium tome 4 rift.
Aura changes are hurting my eyes. I can soldier on through the pain.
Rank update error is fine since i dont really care about ranks.
But this Sync Error is totally a deal breaker for me.. coz im new and i need the BPs.
Hope i can get a game refund.
same problem here, i played 5 games and i got the error every game, this sucks
i repaired the anticheat as a admin and even reinstalled dbd, no improvement
same problem , game ended, my rank dropped but i dont get any bloodpoints. playing dbd become pointless. #########
fix this, im getting piss....
since the new update i never seen the after game lobby =) and i got no bp&rank&archives challenges done because they don't count

played 5 games today and got the sync error. ive also been taking screenshots of every time a sync/rank update error occurs since june. 24 total in two months. i play this game every three days or so and i will get it at least 4 times a day.
First "Rank Update Error" now "Sync Error" New Name... Same Sh**... Have the problem since Months... no workaround works 4 me....
I'm quitting for now, why bother playing when I can't even earn bloodpoints

Yea i'm also quiting for now. Can't level up anyone. I wonder if they will ever fix it. I was having the rank update error for 2 weeks and now the sync error. Rank update error still awarded me bloodpoints sometimes but this one never does

I've already lost the number of times I've lost blood points and you still take time to fix this and don't give any message to reassure the players. What is the use of buying things in this game if it only has bugs all the time? Please reassure us because this is disrupting our experience in the game.
