Hello player,
please excuse my poor English at first. I haven't had to use this language for over 5 years, but I do my best and hope you understand me.
Since the last update (4.1.0) more and more players suffer from various bugs in the game. The biggest bug at the moment is probably the problem with the synchronization.
I've read through a lot of solutions and tried to find a solution for the problem. I reinstalled the anti-cheat program several times with admin rights, I checked the game data for errors and even reinstalled Windows and my router. None of this has solved my problem.
Finally, I used my VPN to see if the problem can be solved with a VPN. Before that, it was always the case that I had a synchronization error every round. With my VPN I could now play 10 rounds without this error. After I deactivated the VPN, I immediately had a synchronization error again.
I am not sure if a VPN is really a solution, especially not a permanent one. But I can recommend everyone to try it! One try does not hurt!
As program I use "ProtonVPN". There you have a one-week test phase with all premium extras. (No payment data required) The test phase can be continued without limits. You only have to create a new account.
Theoretically this should also work with any other VPN software, but I haven't tested another one.

I never tried the fix with messing with VPN so this will be interesting.

Update: After 5 hours of playing time I have not received an error message.

I'm connected to a server near me. I have a ping of 40ms - 60ms. That's fine. Better than playing with error messages.
It helped me, i don't have this error now, but here is the next problem: my ping is 130 :(
VPN helps. Also playing with VPN til Fix. Ping is fine by 60.

After 80 games and 76 Crashes... VPN resolved it, I used Proton VPN, connected to my country (Canada), in UDP mode connected to the fastest server.

I live in Germany and let nordvpn choose best server in germany. No more Sync Error today played over 20 games.

I living in turkey, speed is ultra slow. OpenVPN (UDP) download is 2,95 KB/s (sometimes 780) and upload 1,35 KB/s (sometimes 268)

What exactly were you trying to do? A VPN should not cause such problems.

My ping is between 40ms and 60ms.
Why would I use a VPN when other players are playing the game without using extra programs? Devs should fix it.

I used google to find the best VPN (since I never used VPNs before) with the highest speed and most people do recommend ExpressVPN.
I bought the 1 month version for 12$ and tried it... It works. Amazing! Thanks so much, I had literally every Game this stupid sync error and lost already 2 red ranks because I never got a pip nor bloodpoints.
But still... f* ridiculous that I have to pay for an VPN to play this Game...
And no mentions about the error in the new patch update that is coming
Yup, Dev's won't fix it for you.
So you should if you want it to be fixed and play the game.
I understand the frustration though, It does not have to be like this.

VPN is not a solution.I dont want to devs see this topic and think like ''ohh okay use VPN guys no bugfix then'' in my country most of VPN service are blocked i cant use VPN even i use i cant connect any country its so much hard! Please dont say VPN is a solution we need a bug fix! i cant play the game and when i play i lose points i cant gain points i lose more than 2M bloodpoints since 3 days!
This is not a bug fix! However, it is the case that many of us want to play. The developers will still need some time to fix the bug.
I'm sorry if you can't use VPN, but many other players can. We cannot wait days or weeks until the developers come up with a solution.
