Sync Error - Will BHVR really solve this problem?

It has been almost 3 weeks. Nothing is done. Why? There is not any information, explanation about it. I was on vacation and I came back. Still same error, there is an update but everything is same about the problem. VPN is not working in my country. So why do I have to get 0 bloodpoints every single match. I submitted tickets but they do not care about. I was totaly IGNORED. Thanks...

I sent a ticket and was ignored too. The least they could give us after fixing this error is to compensate for bloodpoints. I've already lost about 1.5 million bp

I lost 500k bloodpoints :( It is so sad... AT LEAST they can give us BP for this...
All of my tickets ignored, No dev answers on forums.
Quit the game like I did if you want the error to be noticed. Don't play this broken game until they fix it. Make them realize they made a mistake by not giving a ######### about customers.
