Stuff from normal game doesn’t transfer

For some reason on the PTB my Laurie is back to being level 44 and my Nancy doesn’t have her prestige or the outfits I bought for her. Actually, scratch that. All of the stuff I did in the past month or so is gone in the PTB, my tokens, my archive challenges, my everything holy balls

That's how PTB works. They take a snapshot of your account from a week or more ago and copy it to the PTB server. They don't use the latest data.
