Vaulting sounds gone for survivors.

I've played a few games now and have noticed that there is no sound for any vaults. I'm playing Ash and one of my perks is Iron Will, which is the only thing that I can think of that would cause this. As far as I know its only survivor sided since killers still seem to get the notification.

Edit: it also seems to happen on wiggling out of the killers grasp.
