A better Nerf for Pop

Everyone is against the 45 secound Nerf. So why we don't reduce instand of the Timer, the regression from 25% to 15%. Is that better? Because it's doing the Same thing but less annoying for survivor. Or does anyone have a better Idea?

I'd rather have the time reduction than percentage reduction.

Its kind of funny how everything good and fair on the killer side has to be nerfed eventually, and yet ironically NOED which nobody defends is the one sacred perk the devs wont touch.
Why?
I much prefer having Pop's timer reduced by 15 seconds than Pop's reduction reduced by even 1%.
Terrible idea unless it starts from 100% regression and lasts 60 seconds

I don't see why it even needs a nerf tbh. Even if you get 12 hooks theres very little chance you'll use it 12 or even 8 times per match. Hell, a survivor hitting you with DS and holding W until they reach a wall will get more time gain for their team than you will from 3 uses of POP.
It's like Adrenaline. It rewards good gameplay. I thought we liked those perks. And hated DS and NOED because they reward failure.
I have an idea. Don't nerf Pop.
You could use Ph perk they give it a huge buff
What would be the purpose of POP when nerfing the regression to 15%?? Do you even think? It would take you as killer longer to get to the gen, popping it than the 12 seconds survivors need to repair the regression. It would literally hurt you as killer LOL
Because i have no problems pulling off a Pop at 60 seconds, and rarely had problems at 30.
I'm sure i'll be fine at 45.
From 25% to 15% on the other hand just means the Survivors will unavoidedly be made 8 seconds faster per Pop.
The surv could tap the gen to negate it. You're undetectable until the gen is tapped or you down someone.
Just to humour you. 15 sec less is a reduction in availability and the 10% reduction would be in effectivity.
With 15 seconds less it gets harder to find a 25%+ done generator but is still possible even more so on mobile killers.
The 15% nerf would make the perk overall 40% less viable unrelated to generator progress.
25% timeframe vs 40% effectivity? yeah definitely a better option /s
But from this post I already get the feeling that you know that your proposed change is a harder or more real nerf given that Freddy takes the element of "time to apply the perk effect" out.

I think it should be changed based on movement speed The Huntress is a slow walking killer while Ghost face is faster having said that I think 60 seconds was fair it gives killers flexibility to kick a gen and not stay on a hook whats next nerf Ruin.
It's more a Nerf for the high mobility Killer witch are alredy high Tier Killers so I don't see the problem

Since killers want to compare DS and Pop so much lately, I vouch for making Pop only usable one time in a match.
15% is 12 seconds removed from a gen with a pop kick.
2 survivors can recover that progress lost from a pop in 6 seconds.
The time taken to walk to a gen and kick it is already wasting time.
Deal, but in exchange I want 3 other killers on my team who can use it.
Because your nerf absolutely will butcher weaker killers, michael? Bye Ghostface? Bye Trapper? Bye. Every low mobility killer won't be viable at high ranks anymore and now you have made a game where everyone plays nurse spirit or freddy. Good job
Why does every killer nerf proposed come from survivors? Pop is in a good place as is. If rewards good play, that’s solid game design. If we are nerfing pop we need to nerf ds as well. If I can’t have it active for a minute survivors shouldn’t have ds active while repairing a gen/in a locker.
YES. This is something I've been thinking of for a long time.
20 seconds of regression doesn’t even begin to compare up to 4 minutes of combined invulnerability. [BAD WORD] argument.
That would simply hurt low mobility killers and the high mobility killers who can already pressure multiple gens easily would be fine.
