Damn guys, that 1% extra penalty to all actions, in exchange for its healing penalty gone. This is 100% a nerf to one of the worst perks in the game, that nobody used.
You do realise Clicky has complained about Billy and new ruin, they aren't very biased from what I've seen.
I would like to point out that there were also stealth buffs to both thanataphobia and mindbreaker.
Thantaphobia now effects totem cleansing
Mindbreaker now effects Survivors regardless of gen progress

My god all I seen you complain on every forum. its too survivor sided. If it's "survivor sided" like really can't you enjoy the damn game my god not all survivors run the same build. And all the survivors aren't the same. How about you do some research then complaining about the game. If you don't like it then don't play the game.
That's not a buff in fact the Perk used to not inform the survivors existed at all.
They essentially restricted it's already limited uses that doesn't make it better

I don't know if Thana is good or not but for the record it's not just a "1% increase". It's a "1% per injured player increase" applied to all the survivors. So if all four survivors are injured that's a +4% extra slowdown on gens (i.e. with four injured survivors Thana is increasing from slowing all the survivors down 16% to now slowing them down 20%.

Just so you know you will still need up the Ante with slippery meat. I'm going to note ahead of time that the perk failing to work is actually significantly worse that deliverance because when your deliverance doesn't work out you waste a perk slot, when this doesnt work out you waste perk slot AND lose a hook state.

I think the values speak for themselves. Slippery meat only really sees significant changes in odds at the lower amount of buffs, make it slightly less bad on it's own, but it's still not good. I don't think the "kobe SWF" has received a significant buff as you see less than 10% increase in odds at every value a "kobe SWF" might put themselves at. (everything lipsx4 and up)
tl;dr Kobe SWFs are still just as equally possible as they were before, people might try out kobe SWFing because of hte buff but then it will return to the shadowrealm where it was before.
This is like saying the 2 second nerf they did to gen speed changed the game.
If they changed it from 3% to 4% you would say the same thing, even though we know it did nothing. Survivors will still see no reason to heal and even if they do it only takes a fraction of the time.
I see what they are trying to do but it will only happen at 7 or 8%
The problem is that you can give hard numbers for the perk but how it works in game is just a "feel" thing. You can go up against some heavily boosted solo survivors who normally play swf and can't handle the lack of information and it would seem strong because they suck. Then you get the 5k hour depip squad while you are playing a loopable killer and it will seem like it did nothing.
The only way to "balance" it is when it starts to do something against that 5k hour depip squad and an 8% debuff might do that because they would be forced to unglue from the gen and heal.
Good nerf killers more. They are so broken especially pyramid head and the shape. I main Oni, Blight, Nurse and Wraith and I destroy lobbies. Maybe 1 or 2 people will escape but rarely. Only killer that should be buffed is Nurse because alot of BS happens when you play her. People swear she's good but I've never seen a good nurse or played against one. We literally run around or near her just to mess with the player lol.
Point is killers are too strong and nerfing them is good.
I know how it feels playing against good survivors too. As blight I got this lobby full of insane players who I would damage 3 of them, I chase one person and when the chase is done all 3 are healed and ready to rescue. They have insane mobility and literally ran circles around me. They straight up humiliated me. As a I carried one of their teammates one of them would always seemingly appear out of nowhere in front of me and blind me causing me to drop a survivor. I hated those matches.
I got better with blight and now when I get a lobby of people with insane teamwork I can at least kill 3 and the last one gets lucky with the hatch.

You're asking people not to give their input on Dead by Daylight on a forum about Dead by Daylight? Also, if you follow their post history like you claim to you'd know they aren't biased. They had a lot of unpopular opinions that both sides disagreed with.
I'm more curious about that than POP, that's the change I'd like an explanation for.
This is getting so sad. I don't get why these forums are attracting so many braindeads nowadays. Instead of giving actual critisism, people just constantly cry that the devs are biased towards one side because they feel like the majority of changes in one patch favor that side.
Which is honestly the most hilarious thing nowadays, one patch that slightly favors one side suddenly makes all other patches before that obsolete.

oh, so are we not gonna talk about the killer-sides update that made half of the maps smaller? your complaining won’t change anything. by definition, killers are over performing because on average they get more than 2 kills per game. either suck it up or stop playing.
Lol I love the whole "you're bias" back and forth on here. I mean if you have a survivor picture on here I'm not going to listen to anything you have to say about killer unless it actually sounds reasonable. That goes both ways with people who have killer pictures. The bias is shown before you even make a comment.
Who knows some of the stuff was good while others was plain weak cough slippery meat but it is a ptb so who knows maybe they'll add extra to Thanatophobia or make Mindbreaker longer.
I agree with most of your post here, but saying that 4 man toxic SWF groups (paraphrasing there) don't exist seems like a bias of your own that needs checking. I have gone against a fair few swf groups that absolutely roll me and still BM and act like garbage humans the entire game. They exist, sometimes they come out en mass.
