When we're gonna get a proper graphics settings?

A while ago you guys said that the team is working on the new graphics settings.
It's been literally a months and players still needs to boost their FPS by manually changing their graphics by game files.
This is just getting hillarious and annoying.
Even the games that are still in early development have a good settings option.
Any news about it?

"For those who don't know, AA is a technique to smooth out the pixelated edges in a 3D game. When turned on it usually looks prettier, however it has a cost to performance, and many people dislike the effect that it gives. Recently the ability to disable AA was accidentally removed. This is being worked on as we speak. Designs for menus are being worked on, and the menu system is also being redesigned for more options. Expect this in the "Not too distant future". Which files? Because I have 5-10fps in new maps with low resolution.

So are we gonna get a graphics settings? Not everyone has a computer from NASA and I just want a short answer from team: YES or NO.
