My game keeps mini freezing

This is the 15th time this month I've had to quit a game just because mid chase my game will not stop mini freezing. Why. I don't run it on any crazy settings and the only things in the background are steam and discord. I've restarted the game, I've restarted my computer, I've restarted steam, I've opened my AMD and turned off it's auto-v sync. No progress. Please help me, I just wanna play the game

    Willing to bet that's the virtual memory issue i've seen with other folks. How much RAM do you have and do you know how to check your virtual memory settings?
