Weren't you the one who made a topic theorizing it was going to be a demo rework reveal? You kind of set yourself up for disappointment.
I just figured it might be "here's a new demo cosmetic" so I wasn't really that interested in the stream to begin with.
The actual premise of the stream is decent, streamers stream with community(chat) picked challenges/Killer.
I was just disappointed that they made it seems like you could earn the dwightcrow thing, when it's down to chance once again. (And if you're a console user you can't actually beat PC user's in terms of input speed). Was hoping it'd be an unlimited input, limited duration code.

Expect lots without any evidence.
Expectations are not met.
Be disappointed.
Write on the Forums.
Instead of just expecting nothing and maybe get surprised.

People started to assume too much.
They should know that teasing buffs/reworks only happens towards mid chapters.
It also would have been really awkward for them to randomly advertise a new skin during the stream.

It's not over yet, in their blogpost yesterday it is stated that they are going to talk about Demopls in the end.
I wasn't expecting anything more than MAYBE a new cosmetic. So no not disappointed.

Yeah we can't exactly blame the devs for this one. As a rule in life I set my expectations low so I'm not too disappointed when they are not met.
I mean expecting nothing from the Devs is usually the healthy response. But they still shouldn't hype up these nothing events without giving context for what they are.
Even if you expect nothing, seeing so much build up for a lame stream where people just play ST chapter is disappointing. I would be more hyped if they posted a new demo poster and nothing else.
i mean if anything is going to happen at all its going to be on the stream on the 31st, so definetly dont expect anything today. Also keep your expectations low... especially with whats been happening recently
At first I had high expectations, then I instantly deleted those expectations because I realised what game this is, and only expected a skin at most that I wasn't even gonna pay for anyway. So I'm not disappointed in the slightest.
Wait did they announce a skin for Demo? Because if not then you'd still technically be disappointed, because a skin is literally infinitely more game content than a stream.
They haven't announced anything for Demo yet. I suppose you could say I'd be technically disappointed, but I'm really not because I wasn't planning on buying their overpriced cosmetics to begin with.
Wouldn't the reveal be on, you know...Halloween? Why would you expect a reveal on the stream before the most relevant holiday instead of on the holiday?
Also, the devs have been quite clear Clown is the one being looked at, you thinking its demo is a mostly baseless conspiracy theory. You being disappointed is 100% on you.

they always do that they hype something up which is nothing to be 100% hype for I mean the stream was cool but nothing hype about it.

It absolutely is, they said nothing that implied a big reveal other than maybe a skin. Also, changing plans is not grounds for you to get your expectations up. You did this to yourself fam. 100%
I was expecting something, anything, to happen. After all, if something unimportant were happening, they wouldn't have teased it, right?
I was figuring an announcement related to Demo or Stranger Things. Maybe a new Demo skin (please), Demo changes (Oh baby please), a Robin legendary skin for Nancy (PLEASE GOD YES), and what did we get?
We got a livestream of people who play Dead By Daylight for a living—get this—playing Dead By Daylight. You know, something I can witness for hours almost every day by just going onto their streams.
So yeah, needless to say, I'm a bit let down. They acted like something actually of note was going to occur. We got gameplay. That's it.
the stream isnt over yet and the 31st there is another stream being stranger things related with an actor from stranger things so if not today then they have something planned for that day atleast
