Based on this post:
It seems like it might be. I see no reason for a moderator to post such a notice unless it is against the forum rules.
Is it against the forum rules to refer to Victor as a baby yes or no?
No one said it's against the forum rules, the thread was referring to Victor as "the baby" and we changed it to avoid giving out incorrect information and Mandy put a disclaimer on the thread for this reason.
That still doesn't answer whether or not it is against forum rules.
"The post you quoted does not say it's against forum rules."
I assume it is not against the forum rules then, because I misread the quoted post, and there is no other post that says that it is against the forum rules.
Is it correct to assume that calling Victor a baby is not against forum rules?
I can see posts such as "How do I counter the Twins?" "Just kill the baby" becoming problematic in the future, and it would be good to have an official ruling on whether or not that violates the forum rules.
As said, it's not against the forum rules, if posts get too problematic, then we will have to act on them, but that's something we would have to evaluate if needed.

You may have intended to communicate this with your post but I do not get this information from your first post. You point out that I misread the post and clarified what it means. After this post it is now clear, thank you!
but that's something we would have to evaluate if needed.
That was clear to me, but thank you for emphasizing this point.
