Hit Validation Working as Intended [HUMOR]
I am the survivor in this clip--pulled the streamer's POV because my NVIDIA replay wasn't working that game :/
From my POV, killer was out of lunge range.
From Killer's POV, I was out of lunge range.
He bamboozled the window, so I felt pressured to drop pallet. ...but I also feel in these situations that dropping the pallet is the reason I was hit. From both our POVs I am not in range, yet the server still rules that I go down. I can only assume that the pallet drop animation snaps my player model back to a position that is closer to the killer, even if that animation doesn't translate in the killer's POV.
I'm sure the Dev's are aware these incidents still occur.
Post this mostly for those who find humor from DBD bugs.
