freedy nerf jesus... why, he already got nerfed like twice after the rework to the point his addons are useless, at least i hope they buff his useless addons in compensation of something.
This is a pointless read, other than they are planning on ######### up Huntresses addons. Nothing BHVR say has legitimacy anymore because every answer is 'we're looking into' or 'this is something we are considering' or 'there still are things to review first' ..... it's all meaningless drivel. Unless they can provide an actual time table for things the way they can on PAID DLC they are just stringing you along. They've been doing this for years.
Ugh, I can't believe they picked my stupidly worded question. It wasn't even that highly voted. Should've deleted it. Those were bad comparisons I made, but I suppose the point I was trying to make was how many newer perks simply overshadow the old ones. i.g. is there EVER a reason to use overcharge anymore? Especially now with Oppression out which seems to just be a similar but better version of it? There are a ton of perks that occupy that niche way better than overcharge ever could in its current state. If you want to strictly regress gens you pick Pop or Ruin, or if you want the tracking and regression combo you pick Surge or Oppression. If you want to protect totems you pick Undying, not ToTH.
I'm sure there are some survivor perks you could compare as well like pharmacy to that new one but I can't recall survivor perks right now.
Main point is; Many older perks are simply outclassed by the newer perks in the niches they were designed to occupy. I was wondering if they would make changes to those older ones to make them stronger in more specific niches or situations so that they could find some use and also wouldn't compete with other perks.
So basically the person who originally came up with this idea is known as Fibijean and despite having taken notes and published them once before without permission, I think it's pretty respectful if I ask them first since they conceptualised the idea and they usually do it. So I ask to see if they're planning on doing one and, if not, I do it.
Apart from them confirming Clown's rework will be next, followed by Demogorgon, with Huntress, Twins, and Wraith getting minor tweaks, as well as some other things. But sure, usually qna, useless devs, bhvr bad, hurr durr.
I personally thought the little "ping" sound and the sudden bottle in hand animation in the video indicating that he auto-reloaded was the more interesting part! I hate reloading when playing clown, it slows him way down, and is heavily time consuming, so being able to auto-reload in a chase without any slowdown would be an amazing benefit for him. Still, the gas changing color and possibly gaining another/different effect was also enticing.
Here's hoping these changes are either improved upon or remain as shown, even if we can only speculate what they are.
Forum and Twitter is correct. But they are mainly choosing based on upvotes.
in the forum there is a dedicated section, users can upvote or downvote. On Twitter they probably go with the most liked questions posted as response to the Q&A announcement.
That said, there are indeed some highly upvoted questions missing, notably the ones about the ‚Early Game Collapse‘ that was mentioned in the anniversary stream.
They pick the most upvoted questions, not the "easiest", as that other person claimed. They also prepare their answers beforehand if necessary (for example, if they need more information than they have on hand).
@HittingOnHook Absolutely hate it when that happens, try hyperlinking anything you pasted instead of just giving the link because the forums die if that link is too big.
The reason there are some upvoted questions missing is because they can't answer it. They can't give a "no it's not coming" or "no its not planned" usually because something is planned (please highlight the word USUALLY there this isn't every time) and they can't give a "yes here it is" or "yes here's what we have planned" because that gives too many details too early on in the development process. Look at the question on keys/moris, all they could say is "yes there's been an update"; they know the community hate these types of answers and so if all the top questions gab these kinda of answers it'd be a very boring qna.
No, I looked often in the forum section and I think there were even 2 or 3 questions about it and they got pretty many upvotes early on. meanwhile there are questions featured that only got 6 votes total (which I am not complaining about).
I actually hoped for getting some update on this subject so.. hopefully we will see something about this soon. Maybe similar to that stream were licenses were the main topic.
@Merridew hate it when that happens. Try writing your comment again but with the links hyperlinked instead of just pasted; a long post usually kills the forums
In regards to only a small portion of players using custom games, I think that is because the features for it are pretty basic. If some work was done on it (like for example the ability to add bots, a practice mode or allow people to set custom rules with friends) then you would see more people in custom games. I understand it shouldn't be a priority but I do think it should be looked into at some point for sure.
we never get ETA for any of those new features/fixes... awesome
some killers that have been reworked will get a new rework because the current one doesn't fit the balance goal (what a shame, doing and undoing things... losing time)
some prgoressist lobbies are really strong to impose the way they see life, to the point they change the whole biological/science perception of things and create new "norms". Don't forget guys that reality is (and will always be) stronger than ideology. We clearly see it today when we oppose the capitalism ideology and the way the global warming is affecting the planet. It gives us an idea of what is next :)
It mightmight be if you just quoted the original post because there's quite a few links in there, one of which to another summary with more links in, so it breaks the entire system lol.
also about the tbag part : it's mostly use to be toxic but when a killer have been nice to spare me, at the gates i just crouch once to say bye then leave.

Thx good to know

there is a way easier form... just delete the tiers. is actually that simple.

Yeah but usually they at least acknowledge the question and say they can’t give any details right now (see the Mori/Key one).
everything about the early game thing was completely missing, which was odd.. (or did they mention it and I skipped over it? Didn’t watch it live...)
Maybe the questions only got that many upvotes after the devs had already collected the questions?
Me personally i'm just hoping that one combination lets you make a flammable cloud that explodes, then i can make the easiest fart jokes of my life
I can confirm unless it was in the first 21 minutes of the stream, if it wasnt in the summary it wasn't on the stream
Dw people are already making piss cloud jokes 😔💅
And I just translated the whole thing in Traditional Chinese,
for all the players from Taiwan and Hong Kong.

That's actually really cool. Reading this on my phone through Google translate was an experience though lmfao

Thanks for recap, I had to leave the stream half way through so I've caught up now.

Thanks for the post.
3 Things :
Well; thanks for the recap.
@GoodBoyKaru ,didn't put any links, that's strange. I said thanks for the summary and I'm glad there's a possibility for more Pig cosmetics.
Thank you for taking the time to type this all up, really appreciate it!

I hope for some more Pig cosmetics too :)
thank you for this !
