Reduced stun from Decisive bug again?

Decisive Strike seems to have reduced stun duration.
Just had a match againnst Nurse, she grabbed me, got stunned, and after like 3 seconds she started charging her Blink.
Is this bug with DS here again or it is just me?

Well, since nobody plays Nurse I really can't test that sadly...
I think @Orion mains nurse. Care to weigh in?
Did the nurse blink and grab?
No, she just picked me up.
Nurse has a pick rate of over 5% at all ranks and over 6% at red ranks, which considering there are over 20 killers to choose from is not bad at all. She’s played more than many other killers. She’s played more than Freddy and more than Spirit.
I just tested this in game and found no issue with the stun time, tried after a grab and a regular pick up. If it does happen again please make a bug report so it can be investigated further, but for me it was definitely the regular stun time.
Then her low kill rate should be actually accurate (unlike the pigs one) and she deservers a buff.
Kill rates and pick rates are totally different beasts. Saying “nobody plays Nurse” is easily disproved by pick rate stats because they’re a straightforward yes/no statistic that isn’t influenced by playstyle, add ons, perks, matchmaking and so on. You either play Nurse or you don’t. They might be influenced by Tome challenges but since Nurse has yet to be in the Tomes, I highly doubt her pick rate is inflated by that. Kill rates on the other hand are way more complex - you can’t say with 100% certainty why Pig has a higher kill rate than Spirit, it’s influenced by many things.
Unless you can think of a reason why pick rates would be inflated by some external force to show more people playing Nurse than there are in reality, they’re a reliable source of information.
Did you get grabbed after a blink? As in, after the blink but before the "stun" / fatigue that happens after a blink.
A high kill rate on a killer who barely gets picked, will usually look higher than it actually is. The more people play a killer, the more accurate the kill rate is.
I only saw 2 Nurses in about two weeks, which isn't that high, I saw more Plague than Nurse...
You’re not wrong, but I’m not sure what that has to do with Nurses not being uncommon.
I see at least one Nurse a day usually, and way more at weekends. It probably depends on your region but Nurse is not under-picked overall.
That she is actually weak?
Not so much weak as unfun to play. She's still the strongest killer in the game but she has a really high skill ceiling. I rarely use her since her rework because of all the bugs introduced that the devs have no interest in fixing. Playing as nurse now feels like I am fighting the game's mechanics as much as I am fighting the survivors.
Everyone says she has a high skill ceiling and that's the reason why she has such a low kill rate.
BUT, she always was the hardest killer to learn. People spend easily 250+ hours to master her. She was THE killer that filtered out bad survivors on red ranks.
And now? All the people that spend so many hours on her suddenly lost interest in adapting to her changes?
Nah, she has a low kill rate, because she's just a shadow of her former self. Even without all the bugs that she suffers from.
Wait, you want to buff the strongest killer in the game by far?
40% kill rate on red ranks is the strongest?
You need to try after blinking and then grabbing.
It's an issue with DS going off during the Nurse's fatigue after a blink.
I haven't seen a Nurse on Console in 2 months. You pretty much only see PC Nurse.
Again, Nurse is a killer that is played often. She’s played more than many other killers, including both Spirit and Freddy. Your opinion on her state of balance has nothing to do with that objective fact.
Well, yeah, because she’s really hard to play on console. But PC Nurses are not uncommon.
Yes. Yes she is. She is the killer I play to 4k with relative ease and no slowdown. Not my problem that the stats are massively skewed in all directions because of a crapload of factors that they don't take into account, such as skill floors and opponents, making them so inaccurate that the Devs themselves came out and said to not use them as fact or evidence.
So what is it then? Either the stats are solid and she needs a buff or the stats are rubbish. If the stats are rubbish, then why should they be used as basis to nerf the other killers?
If she is played more than other killers, her stats should be even more accurate. Meaning her 40% kill rate is true and therefore she requires a urgent buff.
100%.
Not sure where that second half of the reply came from
He is saying that you cannot cherry pick to use dev statistics when it fits your agenda. Either we use stats to buff or nerf killer or we don't. Freddy is getting nerf hammer just because he has high kill ratio, which is also inflated cuz large portion of survivors just die on hook against him and not even trying to survive. Sure you can use "fun factor" as reason to nerf him, but i never heard devs nerfing anything from survivor side cuz of "fun factor"
And now I'm getting blamed for other people's [BAD WORD] ups. Great.
