DBD has to many nerfs

So you buy a killer for its power, or you buy a killer or survivor for its perks. Than the dev's nerf it or change it. So now feel robbed. You spent all this money on this thing that no longer exists. If'd be one thing I'd be like this was rare but it happens quite often. I just think they should issue refunds to people if they so choose. Maybe that's just me though. What you all think?

I feel like more of the strong stuff still needs to be nerfed but in exchange more of the weak and niche perks get buffed rather than demanding refunds for somethings that clearly need changed
Instead of nerfing strong perks, they should really be buffing weaker ones. Killer and Survivor. The only perks that really need to be nerfed are ones that are completely out of hand with how strong they are. Nerfs happen, it's not a secret, but constant nerfing (especially when it's rather one sided) just doesn't feel good.
That is part of an ever changing online only multiplayer game as anything and everything can be changed for the sake of the games health.
Its part of the tos when purchasing anything for any game such as this.
