Survivor Meta perks:
Dead hard, Sprint burst, Ds, unbreakable, borrowed time, adrenaline, OoO (swf), Iron will, Head on (kinda), Soul guard, Deliverance (Debatable) .
Killer meta perks:
Ruin (Nerf/buff) , undying (nerfed), bbq & chilli (Gen exploit), Thanatophobia (Nerfed), Pop (nerfed), discordance (Nerfed), nurses calling (slight nerf).

BHVR isn't afraid to show its biasedness, that's for sure.
They wanted to create an asymmetric horror game, the survivors sure are scary.
Nurses Calling Nerf? I hope you are not talking about the Nerf which happened years ago. If you want to bring up things that got nerfed years ago, look what got nerfed on the Survivor Side.
And Discordance did not get nerfed at all, it got buffed.
Sprint Burst, DS, Borrowed Time have all been nerfed, a lot more than killer perks.

Borrowed Time got nerfed. Exhaustion perks got nerfed. Balanced Landing got a [needed] change beyond the exhaustion nerf.
Mettle of Man broke the game and needed an immediate nerf, which it got, but for a short time after its release it was meta.
DS got changed, and whether or not it was made stronger or weaker with the change is something players are still debating to this day.
Discordance wasn't nerfed, but you did leave out the big nerf to BBQ which was changing lockers to block auras.
How was sb nerfed? DS has been buffed due to many failed attempted nerfs, and BT was also buffed.
Survivor perks are fine as is. Where survivors have been nerfed way harder than killer is in the form of the maps. Dead zones galore, useless pallets, and breakable walls have basically made it so killers are spoonfed their 4ks. Killers refuse to learn to get better and it's killing the game.

Sprint Burst used to be 20s and tied into exhaustion recovering while running.
DS used to be you couldnβt even hook a survivor and they would stun you.
BT used to apply to the unhooker as well.

Oh dear... Perks that are so powerful a killer literally cannot counter it and it's an easy loss changed to being really good and really great when paired with a team which can still be abused btw, that is not really a nerf that is what's called balancing.
People need to learn the difference.
There is a reason there's an achievement escape 8x with no perks and not escape 1x
And why there isn't kill everyone in 1 trial with no perks achievement
I find it funny when people bring up all the survivor nerfs over the years. The best part is that even after all the nerfs to survivor, they are still the true power role when played optimally. People actually thought infinites, god loops, and pallet vacuum were fine. I wouldn't be surprised if people still thought they were fine and that they should still be in the game.
Killers like to feel so victimized but the truth is Killer parks are way stronger than Survivor perks in general, and survivor perks have been nerfed way more than killer perks in general.
In the Dennisreep community there are 7 S-Rank Killer Perks and 0 (yes Zero) S-Rank Survivor Perks. The ranks change every now and then but in general Killers have more S-Rank perks than Survivor perks at any given time.
Other people in this thread have pointed how many of the survivor perks newb killers think never got nerfed were nerfed ages before they even started playing (pretty obvious they're newbs because they never even knew they were nerfed).
Survivor perks do get nerfed like the examples people have stated. Not to mention that all recent killers have been strong additions barring twins
while perks like gearhead or coup didnβt need a nerf nobody was going to use them anyway so does it matter?
Most maps have become more killer sided with the three most recent maps being the most killer sided in the game(saloon Hawkins and midwich)
Not to mention perks like ruin and tinkerer getting substantial buffs to help them.
As a red rank killer I have little trouble 4king most matches
devs need to stop listening to survivors who are bad at the game. You also forgot Lithe, Metal of Man, Breakout, Self-care, We-ll make it
Discordance most certainly was nerfed.. and then they changed their minds a week or so later because it was not announced in the PTB nor was it was needed
they put a range limit on it once the twins chapter went live, so it wasn't map wide
People will scoff at your comment, and the ones that do are inexperienced players. Whether you play killer or survivor, you should understand how maps affects both sides. You didnβt outplay a killer because you got a map with 20 safe to very safe pallets. You didnβt outplay survivors because 4 gens spawned in 1/3 of the map and you just hunker down in the area. But, if the game hasnβt slowed down for you by now, you will have no idea what is being discussed

It's definitely on the lower threat tier list but bringing it vs not bringing it makes a difference. Well make it is strong because if the whole team or atleast 2 run it, the rate at which they can heal back up is a little overwhelming compared to how i could get there, depending on what killer at the time. Breakout you can mix with MOM and Dead Hard and can be pretty good with teams as well. Lithe is good with Resilience, just a different version of sprint burst
if anything it needs a buff (Nurses Calling), not much got nerfed on survivor side that is to altering of being totally in survivors hands most games.
Remember when DS was balanced and then got changed back because survivors cried?
Previously, Discordance was better at tier 1 than tier 3 because, when multiple survivors stopped working on a generator, in tier 1 the generator stayed highlighted for 8 seconds while in tier 3 it stayed highlighted for 12 seconds.
In order to unarguably make tier 1 better than tier 3, they reduced the amount of time a generator stays highlighted to 4 seconds across all tiers and instead added a range limit. Their first range limit received a lot of pushback for yes, unnecessarily nerfing the perk, so they quickly changed it to max out at 128 meters.
Back in the day, Empathy used to be unlimited, but that caused issues so it was also reduced to 128 meters.
On the wiki for Empathy it says:
It should be noted that changing Tier III's range from unlimited to 128 metres is not a nerf:
With the rare exceptions of some corner-to-corner distances on the largest Maps, no two points are further apart than that distance and the 128 metres will suffice.

So, Discordance is not nerfed from what it used to be. It's still pretty much map-wide, and the generator only remains highlighted for 4 seconds, a huge improvement from remaining highlighted for 8 to 12 seconds.
