Licensed Survivors appearance rework.

A small indie studio that made a game Monsters and Mortals, a horror game, recently announced their Silent Hill DLC. Take a look at their version of Cheryl Mason...

Now look at the comparison between a small indie team and a 600 employee dev team like Behavior. The difference is pretty colossal. Cheryl's resemblance in M&M is far closer to the original than in DBD. I just wish later in DBD's cycle, they can rework some of the licensed Survivors faces, especially Quentin.

oooo i see, cool. Yeah dbd needs to put way more effort into character models, but i think all the models are actually going to be improved by the end of the graphics update. they already confirmed that by the next chapter is when some, if not all "old" characters faces and cosmetics will be remade and brought up to standard.

The small indie team definitely puts more effort into their character models & I do think BHVR should do the same, but I actually like DBD's version better here. Cheryl on the left looks too pure while Cheryl on the right looks like she's scared sh*tless.

Yeah but tbagging with a scared face doesn't seem right 😋

Literally made an account just for this. If DBD ever gets viable competition that has this sort of dlc I'm out. Sn you people aren't making any sense, #########? I'm sorry but how can you like Silent Hill and think the DBD Cheryl Mason is better in ANY way? Objectively speaking our Cheryl Mason looks very bad in comparison because the left one actually looks like the damn character guys, I mean come on guys its not rocket science.

Quentin looks so bad I literally refuse to buy the Freddy DLC, Quentin is the worse attempt at a crossover character ever to date, period. Look at the source material, seriously. Is there any news on licensed DLC character updates?

They may change the models but then people will just complain and they'll switch them back. look at the animations, they tried to do more realistic movement but then people couldn't quick turn and 360 as easy, complained and they changed it back.

Those two thing ar entirely unrelated so that doesn't even make sense. Why would people complain about a character looking MORE like they're supposed to? 360s and animations directly alter gameplay, what we're discussings is a needed quality of life change.

Cheryl Mason's in-game model in Monsters and Mortals. I'll stick to the DBD one :^)

I'm so excited for the Silent Hill Monsters and Mortals DLC.

I think people should really give it a chance. Especially those getting banned all the time due to poor connections. cough *me* cough

Yeah Cheryl has seen better days.

So has James for that matter. I'm trying to figure out if he's missing teeth, or what's going on here.
