I WANT A FULL + FULL REFUND!

Since 6 months I can't play the game because of that syncronisation error called Error - 112. I can not earn bloodpoints and etc. When the game ends I get an error message which I have posted screenshots and logs to the devs for like 5 times or so. I paid for this game's dlcs, I paid for this game's skins. It was my favourite game. I tried every possible solution. But the devs and support team does NOT accept that the problem is at their end. NOT MY END. I EVEN CHANGED MY INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER.

I wand a full + full refund. How can I do that? Is that possible?

Don't want to waste any more time reading forums about that error. I'm wasting time when devs are not wasting their precious time to solve this error. It's so annoying I want to break the keyboard while typing this message to the forums. I'M sick and tired.

    Yeah dude. I'm really sorry too. I love the game but just cannot play it. If they fix it I want to play but they don't want to find a solution I guess. Trust me if %50 of the players had this error they would instantly fix it. But since the people having this error is like %2-3 of total playerbase, they dont give a #########. If they don't want me to play the game I want a full refund.

    Oof, are you on Steam?

    Hate to be the bearer of bad news but they very, very rarely do refunds for DLC's, if you've played since buying them for an hour.

    Also Auric Cells are non refundable. (Across all platforms, I think.)

    The base game is refundable, but that's about as far as you'll get :(

    I do hope that by some miracle the game starts working again for you. Pretty sad to hear that after all that effort you put into it, the game just doesn't work...

    Man, that sucks. I really wish things get sorted for you.
