Can you interrupt in treatment mode?

If you're the doctor and you are in treatment mode let's say someone is jumping in the hatch, can you still interrupt them or do you have to be in punishment mode

You mean interrupting by grabbing or just shock them? Yes, shocking them does prevent them from jumping into the hatch. As for grabbing them while in Treatment Mode, you cant, I believe.
