Why does victor have his own "BLOODHOUND"? isnt it unfiar for a killer to have his own bloodhound?

No. He can't see scratch marks, so it's fair.
Otherwise certain maps would be a nightmare for him
Bloodhound is a perk where killer can see the blood trails in BRIGHT RED, not the scratch marks.
Like I said, i think it is unfair?
probably? but still it is an unfair mechanic since theres bloodhound perk.
