Earlier this morning I got adept Meg and decided to do the same with Claudette. When I did it with Claudette though, it didn't register. I didn't get the achievement. I rechecked to make sure that she only had her three unique perks, though one was only tier 2 (I didn't think it would matter). All correct perks, but no achievement upon escape. Strangely I didn't get a popup notification when I did the Meg adept, though that one showed up in my Steam achievements whereas this one didn't.
Did I do something wrong? Meg is P3, Claudette is P1. Does it matter?

Hmm, that's exactly what I did. I guess I'll just try again. Thanks for the confirmation.
make sure its the 3 perks that shows up in their discription and not a general perk or something like small game
sometimes achievements get registered way later so maybe that’s what happened to your Claudette adept.
otherwise the adept achievements have been bugged previously, not registering, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was still a thing. Should work the next time you do it, i had to re-do some of mine as well.

Sometimes it bugs out for not giving achievement, I had same thing for Jeff (long time ago) and needed to do it twice.
Thanks for all the comments guys. I guess I'll just try it a couple more times. Kind of a bummer because it CAN be a tough achievement (only 9 percent of players have done it with Meg, though I'm assuming it will probably be at least twice that with Claudette), achievements should always fire, but it's not the biggest deal. I just feel naked without my aura perks, lol.
Also, make sure to escape via the exit doors - the hatch doesn't proc the achievement, or hasn't in the past at least.
At least you still get Empathy!
I've noticed when doing my adepts the Hatch gave it some of the time. Hatch worked for Zarina but not for David, which really sucked cause I had to play another 8 No Mither matches to get it lol
