I just bet for Mr.X Leon, and Claire... and then they had Leon but they had Jill and Nemesis, it just feels like that i'm always wrong 😥. So I watched a little bit of a livestream about Resident Evil Chapter and then people were saying pervy stuff about Lady Dimitrescu and then having a major breakdown. It turns out to be good, and I just wanna know what kind of stuff they are gonna do for the chapter.

To add on and clarify a few things, they're EACH getting 2 legendary skins.
One of Leons legendaries is gonna proc the same easter egg as Jill (Where Nemesis says STARS when grabbing her out of a locker or mori-ing her)

That video isn't real, the maker is using a model swapper mod.

Yeah
Most likely, there was a huge dump of skins with Silent Hill, the legendaries took a little while to implement for that chapter but they were a new thing at the time. My money is on BHVR making money and releasing the legendaries when the chapter goes live especially since the next patch has portraits for the legendaries in trial and changes their name in lobby.
About the Lady Dimitrescu ‘breakdown’ most of that stuff is just joking around.
And yeah there’s a small few that wanted to have her but gameplay wise she wouldn’t add anything new and would need a height reduction to even play the game.
