Did the shard login giveaway only last for the first week of the event?

    They planned give to everyone "one free character". So with this shards you can buy one character. So yes, no more shards.

    My understanding is that you would get 9000 shards total. They were given throughout the event but once you receive 9000 you won't get any more.

    As others said, it was 9k shards to buy a character—or cosmetic, or perks on the shrine...
