The "No One" perks

GoshJoshGoshJosh Member Posts: 4,452

Despite people saying Adrenaline is the survivor version of NOED, it sounds to me like these two perks - Hex: No One Escapes Death and No One Left Behind - were made to mirror each other. Let's talk about the biggest inconsistency between them: when they trigger. NOLB previously activated when the gates were powered (as NOED always has), yet for some reason NOLB - an already situational end-game perk - was nerfed to only apply after a gate is opened.

The request is therefore simple: nerf NOED to only apply when a gate is opened, or buff NOLB back to its prior activation condition.

Oh yes... let's have a killer perk that activates as the Survivors are literally running out the gate.

I gave another option, no comment on that? Also, you're always welcome to open the gate yourself as killer.

The fact you even offered that is enough to disregard everything else.

NOED only shortens chase times just like exhaustion perks extends chase times.

No one left behind should definitely be changed to activate when the exit gates are powered. It could be a decent perk but the fact it only activates when the gates are opened makes it almost useless, as survivors only open the gates when they are leaving most of the time.

I like this buff idea!! No One Left Behind would be a nice perk if it had this change, but I don't think enough people use it for the devs to really consider it. It would be like nerfing or buffing This is not Happening, even if it would be good. Hopefully they do, though!

NoLB should be buffed to where NoED is, but NoED should not be nerfed.

so instead of buffing a bad Survivor Perk to a level where it might actually be usefull, you want to nerf an already mediocre Killer Perk to be essentially useless?

just... do bones if NOED bothers you this much.

i think we can all agree just reverting it back to it's prior version is the best option here.
