    They definitely overcorrected him.

    His add-ons weren't designed to deal with having the movement speed add-ons baked in, so he's overtuned at the moment.

    Not broken like Spirit, just overtuned.

    Yeah, wraith will always out position you if you are not abusing the jungle gyms to death. Either lower his cloaked speed and keep the add ons or nerf add ons and keep the clap led speed

    Wraith is the same he's ever been... they just made an add-on that made him viable base-kit. I posted a few things on this thread on how to play against Wraith.

    Y'all don't know how to play against Wraith because you rarely saw him in matches. Now that he's viable, people are enjoying playing as him.

    I will say I'm getting sick of Hit and Run, SLoppy butcher, Pop run straight back to hook and tunnel wraiths. It feels like he's kind of overtweaked for solo queue now.

    Freddy was a lot more toxic with his basekit and add ons. Wraith is just a W killer and can get the first hit relatively fast

    Freddy is better than Wraith but Wraith is pretty good.

    You can see him when he's closer than 20 meters, you can hear his gnarling and he has to announce his presence first before he can attack, there's visual and audio cues for it. You don't get hit if you're playing like you should. Do something to upset killer mains? Like the Nerf to Billy who they had as a model of Balance for all killers? Upset killer mains by releasing 2 bugged killers in a row and then releasing Trickster and Nemesis very underpowered? Upsetting killers mains by not updating Myers in 3 years? Not updating GF, Trapper, Pig, etc?

    But he isn't though.

    His other add-ons work based on the idea that his movement speed was one thing, but they didn't nerf the add-ons when they buffed him, so now some of his add-ons are seriously oppressive.

    Yes, I think the All-Seeing add-ons are overpowered and need to be reworked.

    I think his lunge is a little too good now, but all seeing is straight up stupid right now.

    His lunge is exactly the same, the speed boost is slightly longer though (1 second => 1.25 seconds). But I agree All-Seeing is braindead and is the old Iri Head of Wraith.

    Nope. Nope. Nope. Screw all that. As long as we can play on comms (SWF) players that run Wraith will run All Seeing whenever they can. The same way my main (Clown). He runs Cigar Boxes 100% of the time, and then whatever he wants. If you’re giving away my position I’ll see where you are at all times. My Trapper runs Bloody Coil 100% of his matches. If you tell your friends where my traps are to disarm them you get hurt for it, activating Thantophobia to protect his active totems. I’ll grind all day with non main killers to pump millions into my actual killers for said add ons. I haven’t gotten less than a 3K with Trapper or Clown since I’ve done this.

    Killers MUST use their broken add ons because survivors have already broken the whole **** game by talking to one another!! Why can’t survivor mains not comprehend this. You’re not “good” if you’re ganging up on the killer with meta perks. The totems can’t hide because they tell their friends. Undetectable doesn’t work because their friends give away the killer positions. Etc. That’s why killers on run Ruin/Undying. It’s the only way to stop gen regression while attacking because if they didn’t do that they’d get rushed “He’s on me! Do the gens! Wait he left! Hide!”. Comms ruin this entire game, and the devs know it. Removing 4 man would **** survivors off, so killers always get shafted. I know because I do with this with my brother. 4 man teams should be replaced with 2 man duos. That would give killers some leeway because they can tell who’s buddied up, devise a strategy to split them up/etc. Force the non-duo mates to save so they don’t know the full situation (What pallets are used, where the totem might be, etc). A competent killer can’t do anything against 4 competent players unless you run OP stuff.

    Wraith is not as easy as people claim and he has some depths to him. Survivors wanting him to get nerfed are honestly just beeing trolls or talk after their favourite streamer who poison this community with illogical reasoning.


    How to counter wraith: Use Windows, Drop Pallets early (but do not let him bait you), literally any light related thing especially flashbangs, Flashbangs are actually really painful for him, they stun him even without blinding. Literally every exhaustion perk, you gotta be a little more patient with sprint burst and balanced landing though. Do not sprint too early. Split up on gens. Do the gens in dead zones first (basic survivor 101). Last but not least but it might be the most important one: Body block your hurt mates. This is especially hard for wraith to deal with.

    Wraith has extreme interaction with the survivors and it is a back and forth. To me one of the best designed killers in the game. He does not need any more changes other than flashlights and flashbangs simply making it a cakewalk against him. It's kinda bullshit to be honest, but well.

    He is nowhere near beeing OP. He is a killer whose powerlevel goes down big time against a SWF.

    Do not let anybody tell you otherwise. It is complete nonsense.
