He officially feels even WORSE then he was. Which was underperforming as is.
Give him his 60 knives
Revert the throw rate change. Which is what is truly making him god aweful
Let it play out on live and see how his kill rates perform.

Why won’t they just give Trickster knife ricochet as his base kit? Trick Blades makes it bounce 3 times 1 + 2. Maybe even make his Memento Blades add 1 ricochet, but increases laceration meter.
All his add ons should change the way his knives work, and add status effects. That way he has some kind of skill cap, and variation. I only use him because he looks cool and has a bat. Without any of his purple add ons he is no different than Huntress. The devs are so empty headed.
Unfun to play against is deathslinger, in my opinion. I hate playing versus him. As for trickster, he has one add-on that gives the blades ricochet, which not only that it makes no absolute sense for a blade to ricochet wood, for example.
In a game where witches can appear out of mud and interdimensional monsters crawl out of floor holes; ricocheting a knife off of wood is where you draw the line on realism?

It's about the level of acceptance and the universes where those things are possible for some kind of reasonable justification. Magic is magic, whatever, ok, it's not the first time. the universe where the upside down is a thing is, again, reasonable and it's told how it's done, but just saying that ricocheting knives could work? I dont know, man, I guess it makes sense based on everyones beliefs on parallel universes and such haha.
