I think Laura from Evil Within would fit the bill. Give her like a Oni dash, but instead be like a spider crawl sprint. Also some way to teleport through pools of blood like she does in the game.
If a survivor who is injured remains in one place without taking any action for more than 5 seconds, say 4 meter area, it creates a pool of blood that the killer can teleport to. It would fit conceptually with the character and it would have nice interactions with say Iron Will, in that although the person is silent, you force them to move. For the dash I was just thinking something like a sprint burst actually Don't know how it should work, if it should have a cooldown or be charge based, whatever makes sense :). Also she has a really cool mori animation
Although I usually dont care about a characters gender as long as the lore is good...within the last 10 chapters we've only had 2 killers that were women, and Plague has been the only killer in that last 10 that didnt have a guy in her kit too (The Twins has both Chatlotte and Victor).
Obviously, it isnt urgent, but I think it's about time we have another female killer added to the roster.
One possible female-specific killer that could cause a lot of fear could be a banshee. The scream and speed related to banshees could offer both a unique take on a power, yet also a familiar chase-related killer, that really are the most fear-inducing out of all the killers.

Some people thought the twins were the Yamaoka mother when they watched the teaser.
The Hag(Lisa Sherwood) scares some with her traps. Her lore is interesting.
I don't know, I think playing against a really really good Huntress is pretty damn terrifying. Definitely keeps me on edge more then any Oni ever has.

Although I'd definitely be up for a third Yamaoka, it would have to be another great ancestor, or as you said, an Aunt.
If I recall correctly, the "huge anger stuff" stems from the fathers side of the family, so it wouldnt make sense for the mother to have it.
