Why is Felix’s Suiting Architect sold as a set and not separately?

I don’t like his hair and jacket, but I wanna buy the pants. So why is Felix the only one (out of all the survivor who recently received a new cosmetic) who can’t buy anything separately?

i guess it's a set cause his hair would cause a bunch of clipping issues with other cosmetics

Because 2-piece-sets are not a thing (as of now)
maybe they will add this in the future and unlink certain sets that make sense for this. But as of now this doesn’t seem possible..
look at it this way: if it wasn’t for set cosmetics you wouldn’t have gotten the pants either.

If it's not a thing, then they shouldn't have announced sets as being 2-3 linked cosmetics. Because they clearly had intentions for it but never utilized it.
I agree.. It was really weird to announce 2-piece sets but never deliver.
i just guess they found some bugs that they couldn’t resolve and went the safer route with only 3-pieces..
Money. I can’t think of a single set that actually needs to be entirely linked. The devs are just getting greedy.
Already a thing with some hairstyles that are not part of sets so i doubt it's that.
