I literally cannot avoid pallet stuns in most situations due to the latest pallet change. It's either run Enduring, suck it up and lose every trial, or hope that my opponents drop pallets super early/have really good ping.
Tbh they're both pretty lackluster in general. There are way better options for those perk slots. Most the killer "chase" perks are honestly pretty bad.
If you're dead set on using a chase perk you'd get overall more value running Bamboozle than either of those.
Enduring by itself is undervalued. You can tank pallets without having to do 50/50s and waste time. Specially good against strong/god pallets to get them out fast.
Enduring is good for saving time, but Brutal Strength is good on killers for zoning survivors and creating deadzones. I use Brutal on my Pig and Wraith and it gives very good value.

Definitely Enduring for me.
Enduring is pointless without spirit fury, brutal strenght doesn't need any combo

Brutal Strength is a good perk for me since I usually respect pallets either way
They are both pretty bad honestly. Only really use them when I am force to by lack of options due to grind, or fun builds.
I think Brutal is more useful for the Killers I like though.
As a blight main Enduring makes it so i literally dont have to care about pallets.
I like enduring better but both are good
STBFL!
Otherwise, Enduring is very nice and BS looks like little QoL to me.

I literally could just walk forward with enduring and not worry about pallets. Brutal is good but not good enough imo.
Brutal needs a buff tbh, it's increased breaking speed is pretty lackluster imo
Bond
uh.. I play Nurse... but I guess Enduring if it somehow starts working as I am blinking or the survivor stubs my toe from a long-distance away. >.>
Survivors always expect you to break a pallet. They never truly expect you to eat one at twice the speed.

Depends on the killer, but overall I've seen better results with Enduring.
