The only thing that seems out of place is that on my friend's account he's also a level 61, but he hasn't had a devotion yet. Is it possible for accounts to, i don't know, like, merge or something weird?
I'm trying to level him up right now to see if my level goes up. That would be weird but that would be some sort of explanation I guess.
That happened to my brothers account a little while back it gave my character levels, bloodpoints, and cosmetics to him and he lost his p2 David because my David was level 40 at the time.
No and it happened a few more times however he didn't mind because the last time it happened he got my p3 Bill, Oni and Demogorgon and p1 Claudette. He did get some of his stuff back by doing it again.

I would be much higher but I have taken so many breaks over the last year cause of the games health.
I started August of last year and have taken small two to three day breaks.

I started in December 2018, the last year I've literally took a few months off at a time sometimes.
I usually play every week or two weeks now for like 20 hours then take awhile to have a break and that routine works for me now.
Thats alright just bored and wanted to see where people were at in game with something.

Did you load up dbd during the time people were getting save game errors because that might have something to do with it.

Devotion 17!?! How long and how much do you play for your devotion and player level to be that high?
He never sent a help ticket though so there is still a chance for you to get your progress back.
Devotion 7 Level 97 and my buddy I normally play with is Devotion 8 Level 60 something
Okay well I'm holding on to that slight chance but that hope is drenched in a lot of sorrow.
Not sure exact level, I'd need to log in, but from memory I'm devotion 13 and somewhere over level 50.
