How long are your que times?

Killer: Instant- 2 minutes long during any time of day (Western U.S.)

Survivor: 2-3 minutes during the day time and 5-7 minutes during the evening and nighttime (Western U.S.)

It’s a bummer though cause I enjoy survivor more but long que times in the lobby have been making me stray away and play other games. If I get bored of the other games I’m almost forced to play killer. What are your que times?

Survivor: Instant during the day, 3-5 minutes at night.

Killer: 3-5 minutes during the day, instant at night.

I'm in the EU with crossplay off. I also only play solo survivor when I play survivor.

I only play at night + weekends.

    Killer - near instant.

Survivor - is usually 5 minutes minimum. Last night I was shocked and happy at same time to have instant survivor lobby's.

Survivor: instant to maybe 2 minutes during day until about 7pm when it starts to slow down and waits are 3-5 minutes.

Killer: 3-5 minutes during the day until about 7pm when it starts to speed up and they are instant to about 2 minutes.

I'm on Eastern US servers, PS4 with crossplay off.

During the day survivor queue times are almost instant and killer queue times are about 3-10 minutes.

During the night killer queue times are almost instant and survivor queue times take about 5-10 minutes.

Earlier in the day survivor is very quick and killer is a bit longer, might take 5 minutes if I'm unlucky.

Later on it basically flips, killer is very quick and survivor might take a few minutes, as like 3-5 minutes or so.

Any time/time range is just that, a range, more than a rule. Sometimes I guess I click find match at the perfect time and I can get a very fast queue pretty much whenever I actually play the game

Northwest EU, PC, crossplay on, solo + duo as survivor.

I wonder how much this has to do with swfs? My guess is people play with their friends at night since everybody is free from school or work, and during the day a lot of the players are just playing the game solo. So there could be a big skew in the number of survivors at night because a lot more people want to be in swfs with friends, making survivor queues longer than during the day.

day: instant queue for survivor. an upwards to 5 mins for killer.

    night: opposite

Killer: 3-5 minutes during the day, instant at night.

Survivor: Instant during the day, 5 minutes + at night.

The only reason why killer queues struggle during the day is because nobody plays, yet at night, when the playerbase comes alive, killer is instant, which just shows how many people do not want to play killer, and just stick to survivor.

Day: practically instant solo q survivor, 1-2 minute swf

    Instant killer

Night: 3-10 minutes solo, 7-10 minutes swf

    Practically instant killer

I'm a boosted NA East player

It's also far from uncommon to see players with a "play killer when alone, play SWF with my friends when they're available" mindset.

Schedules obviously work together with the least friction later on, as earlier in the day different hours for work, studies or whatever else can leave them without anyone to play with.

Not even claiming it has something to do with what's better between killer/solo either. They might even actually prefer killer gameplay, but the fun of playing with friends means they'll do so in the only way they can in DBD outside of KYF/custom games when they have the opportunity to do so.

    NA:West

Survivor is usually 4+ minutes after 3pm

Killer is usually instant to less than 2 minutes anytime outside of 3am to noon.

I used to be a killer main, but now am 50/50, but I tend to fall into Survivor more nowadays because I simply hate the boon counterplay. It's not the end of the world but I've gone against some nasty SWF teams over the past week who have just been nearly insta-healing in scenarios where I've injured the entire time. Not fun.

So, survivor queue times will keep sucking.

I feel like I've said this a thousand times, lol. My queue time for survivor is instant during the day and 3-4 minutes at night. Killer queue is around 5 minutes (or longer) during the day and instant at night. Nothing has changed for me.

Killer doesn't leave time for more than a quick bathroom break while survivor I can nearly always go heat up a drink and make poptarts then butter them and eat all but a bite or two. I play US east and during what should be prime time.

You have to be selfish to the point you feel dirty. Play like you did when you were just starting to understand. Hear that TR and hide like a claudette in dead dawg. Go in geared to get that gate open quickly. Then you need to be lucky enough for people to stay on the hook and not rush through stages.
